Paid shipping for item to arrive in time for our new puppy. Shipping was late and did not arrive on time. I have emailed the company multiple tumes requesting a refund for the shipping and they will not reply. Very disappointing when you try and support a company vs ordering through Amazon. I won’t order from them again. Poor customer service.

Perfect bowl for our French bulldogs!! Our smaller French bulldog was diagnosed with IVDD, we made sure to avoid and correct any stress to the spinal cord to prevent any more injury. I wasn’t sure how they would adapt, but they loved these bowls from the start! Great quality, does not slide around due to the rubber ring. I only wish the stands you sold were more of a platform. I did make dog feeder stands that are 2.5” in height and with this bowl works perfectly!
Great bowl + stand! The bowl design has limited my dog's heaving from inhaling his food too quickly. And the stand helps with his neck. Very agronomical!

My vet suggested this bowl for my 25 pound French bulldog. It worked so well for her that I decided to get one for my other dog, a 21 pound Shih Tzu Lhasa mix. The stand height is perfect and the slanted bowls make it easier for both of them to eat their food without gulping a lot of air.
