Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the day of purchase to return your order. Items received back within 30 days of the purchase are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs. (Please note: If you received free shipping on your original order, we absorbed the shipping cost. In such cases, your product refund will have $16.00 deducted to reflect shipping and processing charges.)

If a product is marked as “Final Sale – No Returns,” it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

It will take 2-4 weeks to process your refund from the time your order is received.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns.

*Please Note: Results may not be instant, and your dog may need time to adjust to the new bowl. We encourage you to allow at least 2 weeks for your pet to get used to it before considering a return. Our bowls are made oversized by design. The bowl includes a flat portion that mirrors the size of a traditional bowl, with an additional 2.5 inches added into the back for the raised ridge. This feature supports better eating posture and behavior. Please give your pet time to try the bowl for at least two weeks before making a decision based on size alone.
